This is an exciting opportunity to join our client as a Business Change Manager, responsible for identifying, planning and delivering key improvement initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will lead a small team in delivering projects that drive efficiency, performance and long-term value.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading and mentoring the continuous improvement team, setting clear objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Developing and maintaining a continuous improvement roadmap in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Managing and overseeing a portfolio of improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or Agile methodologies.
  • Analysing existing workflows and identifying opportunities for process redesign and waste reduction.
  • Utilising data and performance metrics to track improvements and support evidence-based decision making.
  • Providing training and resources to support the adoption of continuous improvement practices across teams.
  • Acting as a change champion, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across departments.
  • Ensuring sustainability of improvements through robust documentation and updated standard operating procedures.
  • Staying current on trends and best practices in operational efficiency and applying them where appropriate.


Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field and bring at least 3–5 years’ experience in a continuous improvement or operational leadership role. They will possess proven skills in Lean, Six Sigma or Agile, with relevant certifications such as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt being advantageous. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to use data to drive decision-making. A proactive mindset, project management ability, and a collaborative working style are also key to success in this role.
