This is a great opportunity to join the compliance team of a growing international service provider. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of regulatory compliance, contributing to the development and management of a robust compliance framework. Full training and study support will be provided.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the delivery and maintenance of the compliance and anti-financial crime frameworks.
- Assisting with the Compliance Monitoring Programme and internal registers including breaches, complaints, PEPs, and risks.
- Reviewing new business packs and CDD documentation and responding to CDD-related queries.
- Conducting research into adverse media findings and assisting with screening reviews.
- Helping prepare data for management information reports and regulatory returns.
- Supporting policy and procedure reviews and contributing to staff compliance training.
- Escalating risks and compliance issues in a timely manner and supporting ad hoc projects as required.
Skills / Qualifications
This role is suited to someone with up to 1 year’s experience in an office or compliance environment. The successful candidate should be willing to study towards a professional qualification and demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory environment is advantageous.
