Chris Gnapp

Chris Gnapp (MIRP Dip RP)

Managing Director

Chris joined Leapfrog in 2005 after a long standing career in a Retail/HR based role. As Managing Director he is responsible for the day to day management and strategic direction of the business ensuring the highest possible service levels are given to candidates and clients alike. In addition to this he also manages the outsourced payroll service that Leapfrog provides. Chris is fully qualified having gained the Certificate and Diploma level qualifications through the REC. Having completed his private pilots licence in 2018 he spends as much time as possible outside of work flying or on the golf course. He is also heavily involved in the Guernsey Rugby Club and manages the sponsorship and funding aspect of the club.

Fiona Wright

Fiona Wright (MIRP Dip RP)

Associate Director

Fiona’s early career as a Corporate Travel Consultant / Account Manager exposed her to an international client base covering both financial and commercial clients. Returning to Guernsey, she chose a career in recruitment where she could continue utilising her communication and client relationship skills. Qualified to Diploma level through the REC, Fiona is an experienced recruiter who continually strives to provide a level of personal service that exceeds expectations and is always available to anyone wanting guidance or advice. In her spare time you will usually find her completing numerous DIY projects around the house!

Laura Allison

Laura Allison (MIRP Dip RP)

Associate Director

Laura started her career in finance, based in a private clients department. She gained exposure and insight into banking, private equity, fund administration, trust administration, regulatory law and accounts, before embarking on a career in Recruitment in 2002. As an Associate Director, she is an expert in all areas of recruitment from junior administration right through to executive and director level. Laura is fully qualified, with a Certificate and Diploma in Recruitment Practice from the REC. Any spare time Laura has is spent raising an active young family and renovating an old Guernsey cottage, both of which are exhausting in equal measures!

Vicki Eppelein

Vicki Eppelein (Assoc CIPD)

HR & Payroll Services Manager

Vicki joined the Leapfrog team in 2018 to manage the outsource HR and Payroll Service. The majority of her career has been spent within Guernsey's finance sector and more recently with a tech/aviation business. Vicki has extensive experience working with companies at start-up phase, being instrumental in assisting with the set-up and running of day to day operations, policies and procedures, and specialising in human resource management. Prior to this she worked in recruitment for seven years where she established and successfully managed a temporary and contract desk. Vicki is an Associate Member of the CIPD and holds the Certificate in Human Resources Practice, she also holds the REC Certificate in Recruitment. Outside of work Vicki loves to travel and explore new places. She also has a real passion for yoga, not only practicing daily for herself but also teaching on a regular basis.



HR & Payroll Consultant

Zoe joined Leapfrog back in 2012; and after a few years gap after moving to the UK re-joined the team in 2021. In her role as HR and Payroll Consultant, she is utilising both her previous experience in recruitment, HR and project management, as well as her CIPD Level 5 qualification and her REC Recruitment Diploma. Her drive and passion for all things people is her working life motivation. Along with work keeping her busy, she also enjoys days out with her young family and chocolate Labrador, as well as fundraising for her local Teenage Cancer Trust committee and attending as much live music as she can!
