Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing administrative tasks related to retirement products.
- Responding to and resolving member queries and administrative requests.
- Updating internal systems, such as Viewpoint, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Allocating work from shared inboxes to other team members.
- Using detailed checklists to ensure the accuracy of various administrative processes.
- Collaborating with intermediaries, introducers, and investment houses to address queries and manage relationships.
- Verifying the suitability of received documents, including client due diligence and member instructions.
- Coordinating all retirement product requests, ensuring all relevant information is prepared for the Client Services Team.
- Liaising with compliance and accounts teams to manage fund movements, raise and settle fees, and ensure compliance checks are completed.
Skills / Qualifications

They will have proven experience managing administrative processes within financial services or a similar environment, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills. A proactive and adaptable team player, the ideal candidate will thrive in a supportive and collaborative team setting.
