Our client is seeking an experienced trust professional to support their busy team in the administration of a portfolio of complex and time-sensitive trust and company structures. This full-time position, which may offer flexible hours for the right candidate, presents a strong opportunity for someone looking to step into a more senior and supervisory role within a supportive and professional environment.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing and overseeing the day-to-day administration of a complex portfolio of trusts and companies.
  • Supporting the Trust Manager in maintaining excellent client relationships, with a focus on South African clients.
  • Reviewing trust and company documentation, payments, filings, and records for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting with mentoring and development of junior team members.
  • Ensuring client files are kept up to date and meet regulatory standards.
  • Acting as a point of contact for advisors, intermediaries, and external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the efficiency of internal procedures and operational improvements.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years' experience within fiduciary services, ideally with exposure to South African client structures. A STEP Diploma or other recognised Level 4+ professional qualification is preferred. The successful individual will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work under pressure while handling complex and sensitive matters. Prior supervisory experience and a proactive, team-oriented approach will be key to excelling in this role.
