Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with static data maintenance and updating key registers.
- Supporting the testing of new functionality and enhancements within NavOne.
- Conducting post-upgrade testing to ensure system integrity.
- Preparing bookkeeping checklists to facilitate timely and accurate accounting.
- Reconciling statements and valuations for various financial assets.
- Providing assistance to other team members with portfolio-related tasks.
- Ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining and developing IT competencies relevant to the role.
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment and corporate framework.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of legal, regulatory, and industry requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with experience in NavOne, is highly desirable. A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within a team will ensure success in this role.How To Apply
