Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:Assisting with static data maintenance and updating key registers.
Supporting the testing of new functionality and enhancements within NavOne.
Conducting post-upgrade testing to ensure system integrity.
Preparing bookkeeping checklists to facilitate timely and accurate accounting.
Reconciling statements and valuations for various financial assets.
Providing assistance to other team members with portfolio-related tasks.
Ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining and developing IT competencies relevant to the role.
Contributing to a collaborative team environment and corporate framework.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of legal, regulatory, and industry requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with experience in NavOne, is highly desirable. A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within a team will ensure success in this role.How To Apply
