This senior role sits at the heart of a growing trust and corporate services function, offering leadership responsibility for a team and a client portfolio. The role requires a strong focus on client service, relationship management, regulatory compliance and team development, while also contributing to internal projects and business strategy.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the delivery of high-quality trust and company administration services.
- Acting as key contact for clients and intermediaries, including regular UK-based meetings.
- Overseeing task management, billing, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting risk assessments, client reviews and FATCA/CRS obligations.
- Providing technical support to the team and authorising transactions as an A signatory.
- Supporting the strategic direction of the administration function alongside directors.
- Leading, developing and mentoring team members in line with performance objectives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal applicant will hold, or be working towards, a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, ACCA or CGI and will have a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience, or at least 10 years in the industry. They will bring proven leadership skills, a deep understanding of regulatory obligations, and the ability to guide both clients and team members effectively. Strong technical, organisational and communication skills are key.
