Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining accurate and timely accounting records for trust and company structures.
- Reconciling internal records to portfolio statements from financial institutions.
- Supporting quarterly and annual investment monitoring processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory and accounting standards.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, including advisors, bankers and consultants.
- Participating in improvement projects across Client Reporting and Investment Monitoring.
- Managing automated data feeds from third-party custodians.
- Attending classroom training as part of ACCA qualification study.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a university graduate or have strong A-level results, with the academic ability to enter the ACCA programme. They will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills and a willingness to learn. A working knowledge of Excel and an interest in financial services will be advantageous. Previous experience in bookkeeping or the fiduciary sector would be beneficial, but is not essential. A team player with strong communication skills and a client-focused, solution-oriented mindset will thrive in this role.
