On/Offboarding Administrator

This role supports the smooth transition of client structures in and out of the business by providing administrative support throughout the onboarding and offboarding process. Working closely with administrators, intermediaries and internal teams, the role offers varied exposure to client onboarding, risk profiling and closure procedures within a collaborative trust and corporate environment. This role sits at Administrator level, but welcomes applications from candidates at Trainee level with Trust experience.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and the closure of existing trust and company structures.
  • Liaising with administrators and intermediaries to coordinate onboarding and offboarding actions.
  • Drafting client documents, resolutions and minutes for review and client committee submission.
  • Maintaining and updating risk assessments, client profiles and CDD documentation.
  • Ensuring all compliance tasks and payments are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with teams across the business to ensure accurate administration.
  • Supporting internal policies, attending team meetings and contributing to procedural improvements.

Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five GCSEs including English and Maths and will ideally have previous administrative experience in a professional services setting. A strong eye for detail, good organisational skills and an eagerness to learn are essential. Applicants should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and a flexible, proactive approach. A willingness to study towards a relevant qualification such as STEP, CGI or ACCA is encouraged.
