This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to join a well-established fiduciary firm and gain exposure to all aspects of trust and company administration. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Client Services Team, with comprehensive on-the-job training and full study support toward professional qualifications.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the set-up and maintenance of statutory records.
- Supporting trust and company onboarding and day-to-day administration.
- Attending to company and trust closures and statutory/risk reviews.
- Preparing and recording minutes from director and trustee meetings.
- Completing risk screening and open-source research for KYC purposes.
- Inputting bank payments for authorisation and assisting with basic bookkeeping.
- Managing general office duties including phone support, scanning, and filing.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold strong A-Levels (A*-B) or a relevant undergraduate degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication, organisational, and written English skills are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
