This is an exciting opportunity to join the transformation team of a leading private client services firm. The successful candidate will support business-wide change initiatives, focusing on process improvement, data analytics, and the adoption of new technologies—including Power BI and AI—to drive operational efficiency and enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting business transformation initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.
- Coordinating activities and workflows that promote process efficiency and improvement.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports using Azure Data Lakes.
- Automating and optimising data pipelines to streamline manual processes.
- Conducting data validation, quality assurance, and consistency checks across systems.
- Assisting with scheduling, documentation, and operational support across business teams.
- Guiding teams through system changes and fostering adoption of new technologies.
- Providing training and support to end-users on Power BI best practices.
- Assisting less experienced team members with their development and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in transformation or technology-led business change, supported by a related qualification or willingness to pursue one. Proficiency in Power BI is essential, including the ability to create insightful dashboards and reports. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams are key. A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach are also vital to success in this role.
