This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading financial services provider in a Channel Islands-based role focused on the delivery of platform support and strategic change. This role will involve working across the CI, UK and Mauritius jurisdictions to enhance systems, manage issues, and support technology-driven business solutions.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Investigating and resolving business-raised system issues promptly.
- Acting as the link between the Business Applications Management team and operational teams.
- Translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Creating and executing test plans for developments and upgrades.
- Delivering training sessions for system changes or enhancements.
- Identifying and implementing appropriate risk controls.
- Enhancing internal communications across departments.
- Supporting business efficiency through process improvements.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years’ experience in a technical analysis or change management role, supported by relevant qualifications. Strong IT skills, a track record of implementing business solutions, and the willingness to travel across jurisdictions are essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities will be key to success in this role.
