This is a diverse and dynamic role supporting the operational functions of a specialist fund and fiduciary services firm. The successful candidate will contribute to key initiatives across IT, data protection, and internal governance, while also managing day-to-day operational activities and supporting strategic projects.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Leading or supporting strategic and regulatory projects across operations.
- Acting as a liaison with the outsourced IT provider and supporting business continuity.
- Maintaining internal policies and overseeing data protection with the in-house DPR.
- Contributing to information security initiatives in partnership with the vCISO.
- Preparing MI reports and supporting board-level reporting.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have experience in an operational or consulting role, preferably within financial services. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent organisational skills, and experience managing multiple stakeholders are essential. Familiarity with systems such as Microsoft 365 and Investran is beneficial.
