This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with experience across fiduciary, banking, custody, and fund services. As Senior Account Manager, you will act as a key contact for strategic clients, delivering high-quality service while managing risk and contributing to ongoing service enhancements.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of complex client relationships, including pension trusts, endowments, and corporate structures.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting day-to-day administration of trust and company entities, including payments and investments across multiple asset classes.
  • Preparing and reviewing board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other key documentation.
  • Participating in client and adviser meetings and presenting at internal committees where necessary.
  • Reviewing financial statements and overseeing adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and assisting with strategic service development.
  • Acting as an authorised signatory and supporting cross-functional initiatives across fiduciary, operations, and risk teams.


Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience managing institutional client accounts, preferably in a fiduciary, fund, or custody services environment. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Guernsey and other jurisdictions is essential. Candidates should hold, be working towards, or be willing to undertake a relevant qualification (e.g. STEP, ICSA). Excellent relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
