Our client is seeking to fill a short-term contract role that is focused on delivering a detailed CDD review and remediation project within a busy Risk & Compliance function. Working alongside internal teams and external specialists, the successful candidate will help ensure that all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and in line with internal frameworks and regulatory expectations. This contract for this role will end on the 28th of February 2026.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing existing customer files and identifying gaps or inconsistencies.
- Carrying out remediation tasks in line with a defined compliance framework.
- Assessing customer profiles, analysing risk levels and making evidence-based judgements.
- Liaising with the executive team and external project partners.
- Updating documentation and tracking actions using internal systems and Excel.
- Escalating issues where necessary and supporting reporting requirements.
- Assisting with documentation of any recommended changes or actions.
- Ensuring sensitive information is handled with professionalism and confidentiality.
Skills / Qualifications
This position would suit an individual with previous experience in CDD or AML-related work within financial services. A strong eye for detail, confident communication skills and the ability to manage project-based tasks independently are essential. Candidates should be familiar with document management tools and compliance systems, and able to work flexibly within a small, collaborative team. The ability to analyse customer structures and apply regulatory knowledge accurately will be key to success in this role.
