Focused on modernising legacy CRM systems and developing new, cloud-based architecture, this fixed-term role offers the chance to lead a major data transformation programme within a respected regulatory environment. This role will appeal to a confident and delivery-focused project manager with a strong understanding of systems, stakeholder engagement, and structured project methodologies.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Leading the successful delivery of projects under a wide-ranging data transformation programme.
  • Coordinating internal teams and external vendors to achieve delivery milestones on time and within budget.
  • Developing realistic project schedules and identifying critical paths.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and effectively communicating changes and progress.
  • Overseeing contractors, developers, and internal staff to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing and quality assurance throughout delivery.
  • Applying appropriate project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Reporting performance metrics and escalating risks or issues as required.
  • Supporting broader organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contributing to internal knowledge sharing, training, and documentation.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience delivering technology, infrastructure, or data-focused projects, ideally within a regulated or institutional setting. A strong understanding of Dynamics 365, Azure, cloud platforms, APIs, and data repositories is essential. Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and communication skills are also key, alongside experience using tools such as JIRA, DevOps, and MS Project.
