Join our clients collaborative operations team as a Case Management Administrator, supporting AML and onboarding activities across a growing financial services business. Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Completing client onboarding and periodic AML reviews across individual, corporate and trustee structures.
- Performing due diligence checks including screening, source of funds/wealth assessments, and enhanced risk reviews.
- Engaging with clients and intermediaries to obtain and assess supporting documentation.
- Documenting ownership structures and maintaining accurate customer profiles.
- Supporting transaction monitoring processes and escalating any red flags appropriately.
- Working closely with client services, legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Assisting with data updates, internal reporting and process enhancements.
- Contributing to the wider operations team with ad hoc administrative and project-based tasks.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 year of experience in financial services, particularly in onboarding, AML or compliance-related roles. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. A collaborative, proactive approach and attention to detail will be key to success.
