This is a brilliant opportunity join a regulated financial services firm in a key compliance support role on a part-time basis. Working as part of a collaborative team, the successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring that client records and risk profiles are maintained to the highest regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting periodic and trigger-based file reviews in line with internal procedures and the GFSC Handbook.
  • Reviewing and updating client documentation to ensure compliance with CDD and KYC requirements.
  • Completing client risk assessments considering ownership structures, source of funds, activities and jurisdictional risk.
  • Identifying and escalating inconsistencies or potential red flags in client files.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and ensuring secure document handling.
  • Preparing concise written reports detailing findings from file reviews and suggesting remedial actions.
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Administration and Accounting.
  • Supporting the improvement of internal review processes and documentation standards.
  • Keeping current with evolving regulatory requirements, especially in relation to AML/CFT/CPF regulations.


Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a compliance-led role within a regulated financial services environment, ideally within trust or fiduciary services. A compliance or legal qualification is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical knowledge of AML, KYC, CDD and risk-based compliance frameworks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of attention to detail are essential. Experience with Microsoft Office and fiduciary client systems is required
