This is a great short-term opportunity to support the client onboarding and AML review process within our clients' busy operations team. This 6-month contract would suit a compliance administrator or onboarding analyst seeking contract experience in a well-established financial services environment.

Responsibilities

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the completion of AML reviews and onboarding for individual and corporate clients.
  • Conducting CDD checks, reviewing documentation and verifying client identity and source of funds.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and third parties to obtain required due diligence.
  • Ensuring data accuracy within client profiles and supporting records management.
  • Supporting transaction screening, Worldcheck reviews and periodic updates.
  • Documenting ownership structures and maintaining consistent audit trails.
  • Participating in ad hoc projects and supporting wider operational initiatives as required.


Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in financial services, preferably in an AML, onboarding, or compliance support role. Strong communication, attention to detail and organisational skills are important, along with a willingness to contribute flexibly across the team. This contract would suit someone who can hit the ground running and contribute to regulatory compliance objectives.
