Passenger Services Supervisor

• Overseeing daily passenger service activities including check-in, gate operations, baggage handling, and ticket desk transactions.
• Supervising, guiding, and coaching new and existing staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conducting daily briefings, monitoring queue management, and allocating staff during peak times.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and uniform standards.
• Preparing handover reports, conducting performance reviews, and identifying training needs.
• Facilitating new employee inductions and annual refresher training.
• Liaising with other carriers, airport authorities, and internal teams.
• Auditing operational areas to identify and address standards or training gaps.
• Supporting customer service enhancements, including assisted travel processes and special handling requests.

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a busy operational environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to resolve challenges quickly and effectively. Previous experience in a customer-facing or supervisory role is desirable, and flexibility to work varied hours is required.
