Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard as instructed.
- Liaising daily with the Head Supervisor or Manager to report incidents or concerns.
- Promptly reporting if a task cannot be completed for any reason.
- Ensuring all team members wear protective clothing and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Reporting defects in equipment or facilities that do not meet health and safety standards.
- Keeping all equipment clean, tidy and in safe working order.
- Delivering appropriate task training and verifying compliance across the team.
- Conducting health and safety checks and promoting a safe working environment.
- Driving team members to job sites when necessary.
- Providing sickness and holiday cover where required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a cleaning or similar role and a minimum of 3 months in a supervisory capacity. Strong communication skills, the ability to lead by example, and a reliable, detail-focused approach are key. A full driving licence is essential. English comprehension is required, and candidates must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
