This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic customer experience team supporting a wide range of telecoms services. With a strong focus on delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support, the successful candidate will act as a single point of contact for customer queries via phone and online channels. This position is full-time, working 37 hours per week on a shift rota basis.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing end-to-end support across multiple channels.
- Advising on products and services including broadband, fibre, and mobile offerings.
- Diagnosing and resolving customer issues or faults, escalating where necessary.
- Processing service orders and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Promoting a customer-first experience, identifying opportunities to retain and grow relationships.
- Completing registrations, updating internal databases, and supporting reporting activities.
- Complying with internal policies relating to data protection, health and safety, and security protocols.
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment with a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for customer care, paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You'll be comfortable using a range of systems and technology, have a friendly and professional telephone manner, and be eager to resolve issues proactively. Experience in a customer-facing role is essential, and any technical or telecoms knowledge would be an advantage. A flexible approach to shift work and a commitment to continuous learning are key in this fast-paced role.
