Join a well-established property team in a varied administrative support role, acting as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring smooth coordination of property transactions. This role combines PA support with wider administrative team leadership, offering variety and responsibility.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing PA support to the Open Market team and acting as first point of contact for clients.
  • Managing enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Assisting with property viewings, valuations, and diary management.
  • Preparing Conditions of Sale, inventories, brochures, and related documents.
  • Maintaining accurate records of property listings, offers, and contracts.
  • Overseeing and supporting the wider administration team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Chairing admin team meetings and delivering workshops to improve skills and processes.
  • Managing rotas for reception and holiday cover.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, client-focused, and confident multitasking in a busy environment. Strong communication and IT skills are essential, alongside prior experience in property administration, PA/EA roles, or a related field. Familiarity with the Guernsey property market would be an advantage. A proactive, professional approach and attention to detail are key.
