Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Holding responsibility for meeting sales targets set by the Director.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- Assisting with the Implementation of Marketing Plan and assisting in developing the marketing plan.
- Providing support with the in-house production of email newsletters, posters and social media in accordance with branding, and in-house stationary.
- Assisting with Liaising with local media and ensuring placement of regular PR features within local media.
- Providing support with the management of the sales team.
- Assisting with the Recruitment of new employees.
- Providing support with the Scheduling staff rotas, when needed.
- Assisting with the Implementing and reporting upon regular stocktakes.
- Ensuring and taking responsibility for the accuracy of the stock on the EPOS systems.
- Assisting with the managing the store budget and petty cash.
- Banking cash.
- Assisting with Report generation and product analysis on sales and product trends and other reporting areas to Manage and /Director.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will posses demonstrable customer service and sales skills, with proven leadership skills and a strong interest in retail and business are essential.How To Apply
