The successful candidate will join a collaborative team supporting vessel operations and crew employment functions, with exposure to international regulations and documentation. Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the day-to-day administration of crew records and vessel data.
- Supporting the drafting and issuing of employment contracts and crew-related documentation.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely crew payments.
- Monitoring seafarer certification compliance and renewal deadlines.
- Aiding in the processing of visas and Flag State documentation.
- Organising crew travel as required.
- Assisting with payroll and crew-related projects when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports and records.
- Supporting general office duties and administration as needed.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organised, and keen to develop their knowledge of international maritime regulations. They should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn are essential. This role would suit someone looking to begin their career in crewing, payroll or yacht management within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
