This varied and visible role offers the chance to support senior leadership within a highly regarded financial services group. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will work across departments to manage schedules, prepare documentation, and support senior-level meetings and travel. It's a role well suited to someone who thrives on precision, flexibility and trusted working relationships.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to senior managers across the Channel Islands.
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, travel bookings, and expenses for senior team members.
- Preparing agendas, reports, meeting packs, and accurate minutes when required.
- Supporting the Executive Assistant and other colleagues with overflow tasks or cover.
- Assisting with arrangements for off-site meetings, board dinners, and internal presentations.
- Liaising with internal departments to support business operations as needed.
- Suggesting improvements to enhance workflow and administrative efficiency.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders. Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred. Competence in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential, and a proactive, service-led mindset will be key to success in this role.
