Be the first point of contact for visitors and clients in a highly professional environment, ensuring a welcoming and efficient service! This role combines reception duties with wider administrative and business support, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting visitors and clients, managing visitor registers, and issuing passes.
  • Answering calls promptly, redirecting or taking messages as required.
  • Organising meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, and maintaining reception areas.
  • Coordinating taxis, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
  • Organising corporate and training events, including liaison with hospitality providers.
  • Unlocking and locking the building daily and covering facilities tasks when required.
  • Providing general administrative support across the business.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. They will present professionally, be detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive, team-focused attitude is essential.
