Join a busy and varied office-based role on a 1-2 month contract, acting as a key point of contact for front-of-house and administrative support! This position will suit someone organised, approachable, and customer-focused, able to maintain smooth day-to-day operations while supporting meetings, events, and wider business functions.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area, greeting visitors and contractors, and managing security sign-in processes.
  • Handling incoming calls, mail, and courier deliveries, and coordinating outgoing shipments.
  • Ensuring adequate stock of kitchen, hospitality, and office supplies.
  • Supporting the setup and smooth running of meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Coordinating weekly staff car parking allocations.
  • Updating shared platforms with relevant notices and documents.
  • Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings when required.
  • Helping to organise internal wellbeing and social activities.
  • Preparing hampers, promotional materials, and PR mailings.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to deal with people at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with tools such as SharePoint would be advantageous. A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail are essential. Prior office coordination or front-of-house experience is desirable but not essential.
