Firmwide Risk Senior Associate

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the coordination of functional heads in updating the Annual Risk Management Framework.
• Assisting with the submission and reporting process for network standards assessments.
• Supporting reporting across areas outsourced or aligned with external service providers.
• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of enterprise risk management assessments and statements.
• Supporting policy oversight, including administration of the Policy Hub and conducting impact assessments.
• Monitoring and reporting on regulatory and policy changes as part of firmwide compliance obligations.
• Assisting in the implementation of business continuity initiatives, including incident response planning and documentation.
• Coordinating and testing the Business Continuity Plan, including communication rollouts.
• Supporting the Risk & Quality Committee through administrative and reporting duties.
• Contributing to ad hoc risk-related projects as required.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills. They will demonstrate strong organisational and communication abilities and have experience supporting risk management frameworks or compliance programmes. Familiarity with risk strategy, policy implementation, and business continuity planning is preferred. A willingness to undertake risk-related qualifications is essential, and prior experience in a regulated or professional services environment will be advantageous.
