This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Private Equity Operations team of a global financial institution, delivering high-quality administration services to a large secondary fund client. The role will suit a client-focused professional with prior experience in investor administration, fund operations, or financial services.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Building strong working relationships with the Investment Advisor and third parties.
- Managing all aspects of investor administration, including fund closings, transfers, tax reporting, and distributions.
- Completing daily cash management and monthly reconciliations.
- Processing FXs, invoices, and loan facility amendments.
- Coordinating investor KYC and documentation for new investments.
- Working closely with deal and execution teams to support ongoing investment activity.
- Liaising with external directors and stakeholders to schedule board meetings and prepare minutes.
- Supporting depositary and audit-related requests.
- Monitoring mailboxes and assisting with task allocation across the team.
- Rotating through core tasks and supporting colleagues as needed.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior fund administration role, ideally with prior signatory responsibilities. Strong organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. Advanced Excel skills are required, and familiarity with Investran is advantageous. Candidates with or working towards a business or financial qualification will be at an advantage, although this is not essential.
