Join a global financial institution in a varied and rewarding fund administration role within the Private Equity Operations team. Supporting a large, high-profile client, the successful candidate will assist with investment and fund administration across multiple products, while building valuable experience in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Building strong relationships with clients, investment advisers, and internal teams.
- Supporting mailbox monitoring and rotating across daily operational tasks.
- Creating and maintaining investment and portfolio records across bespoke systems.
- Processing investment transactions, monitoring valuations, and reconciling records.
- Completing daily cash management duties and bookkeeping valuations across fund structures.
- Preparing invoice coding, periodic reconciliations, and assisting with fund reporting.
- Supporting client, investor, and stakeholder reporting with attention to qualitative data.
- Identifying efficiencies, reducing risk, and assisting with improvements to systems and processes.
- Reporting operational issues and delays to management in a timely manner.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in fund administration, ideally within private equity, credit, or perpetual fund structures. A business or financial qualification (or willingness to study towards one) is preferred. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, data literacy, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Candidates must be computer literate and comfortable adapting to new systems and processes.
