Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with all areas of fund administration including company secretarial duties.
- Developing an understanding of the client base and building strong professional relationships.
- Maintaining statutory registers and managing internal trackers.
- Supporting cash management tasks and preparing account opening forms.
- Helping with the preparation and execution of calls and distributions.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and associated documentation.
- Preparing regulatory submissions as required.
- Coordinating board meetings, preparing board packs and drafting accurate minutes.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience, hold ‘A’ levels or equivalent qualifications, and be studying towards (or willing to commence) CGI professional exams. A high level of organisation, good attention to detail and a willingness to learn will be key to success in this role.
