This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team within a growing fund services business. This role offers hands-on exposure to a wide range of fund structures and investor servicing duties, ideal for a motivated individual looking to expand their expertise in transfer agency.

Guernsey, Channel Islands

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administering daily dealing funds, including reconciliation of client bank accounts.
  • Managing payments to investors and agents, and handling inter-account transfers.
  • Collating and processing dealing instructions for each dealing day.
  • Supporting fee calculations such as front-end and redemption fees, and trail commission.
  • Issuing and checking contract notes, and processing stock transfers.
  • Opening new investor accounts and reviewing due diligence documentation.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders such as auditors, fund managers and third-party administrators.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar fund administration or transfer agency position. A relevant professional qualification is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with fund administration systems such as Paxus and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. An interest in financial markets and a desire for ongoing professional development are also important.
