This is a fantastic opportunity to support the administration of complex private equity fund structures within a growing, people-focused financial services firm. Working under the guidance of a Client Relationship Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the delivery of high-quality client service while developing their own technical and professional expertise.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administering a range of private equity funds, management companies and associated structures.
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries on operational matters and governance requirements.
- Coordinating all company secretarial matters including board and shareholder meetings.
- Managing investor changes and maintaining accurate investor records.
- Preparing payment instructions and maintaining an electronic payments library.
- Assisting with bank account openings and supporting staff with online banking systems.
- Ensuring timely submission of all statutory and regulatory filings.
- Coordinating accounts distribution and overseeing relevant filing processes.
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff, under the supervision of senior colleagues.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in financial services, ideally within the funds sector. A good understanding of the local regulatory environment is important, and candidates should be working towards a professional qualification such as CGI or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer literacy is also required.
