Our client is seeking a driven Assistant Manager or Manager to take ownership of a varied client portfolio, providing administration and company secretarial services to real estate and private equity clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in team leadership, client service delivery and the lifecycle management of complex fund structures within a growing, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Acting as the main point of contact for complex client administration matters.
Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and timely responses.
Managing client mailboxes and team workflows to ensure priorities are identified and tasks are delegated efficiently.
Reviewing and authorising treasury operations, board packs, minutes and statutory filings.
Leading onboarding processes for new clients and ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
Supporting and developing junior team members, including line management responsibilities and performance reviews.
Overseeing fund lifecycle activities including closings, transactions, transfers and wind-downs.
Ensuring client agreements and billing processes are aligned with agreed terms and internal deadlines.
Representing the team at board meetings and presenting administrative reports as required.
Leading and reviewing ad hoc projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in fund administration, ideally within real estate or private equity. They will be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) and be studying towards or already hold a relevant professional qualification such as the CGI Diploma. Strong people management, organisational and communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to delivering client service excellence. Experience in presenting at board level and reviewing technical documentation will be highly beneficial.
