Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with company secretarial matters for client entities, including preparation of statutory filings such as Annual Validations.
- Supporting compliance with TISE listing sponsor obligations and preparation of general stock exchange announcements.
- Assisting with the preparation of board packs, meeting agendas, and maintaining meeting calendars.
- Drafting minutes and resolutions and supporting board meeting logistics and follow-up actions.
- Maintaining client records, statutory databases, and generating regular reports for management.
- Assisting with the preparation and review of regulatory and compliance reports.
- Supporting project work on regulatory changes and contributing to process improvements.
- Providing general administrative support to the company secretarial team as required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. A willingness to learn new software (e.g. Board Intelligence, Diligent, Virtual Boardroom) is essential, as is the ability to work efficiently and with a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Analytical and organisational skills are also key to success in this role.
