Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the administration team with a varied portfolio of Guernsey-domiciled regulated, listed, and unregulated structures across diverse asset bases.
Supporting administration projects to uphold exceptional service standards for clients.
Developing skills to maintain a personal portfolio of clients and manage more complex structures within the team.
Performing company secretarial tasks, including convening Board Meetings and taking Minutes.
Assisting with audits of various companies and structures.
Handling client due diligence for both new and existing clients.
Supporting FATCA and CRS reporting processes.
Managing banking and payment processing tasks.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an A Level leaver or a detail-oriented, proactive individual who is eager to learn, with strong written English skills and excellent attention to detail. They will have the ability to set priorities, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
