Responsibilities
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
Supporting all aspects of fund administration for a varied portfolio, including venture capital funds, management companies and associated entities.
Assisting with the processing of fund operations such as payments, investor transactions, and receipt preparation.
Maintaining investor and fund data within internal systems with accuracy and integrity.
Assisting with company secretarial responsibilities, including preparing minutes, compiling board packs and creating reports.
Undertaking additional client-related tasks or project work as required by the team.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and eager to develop a career in the financial services industry. A desire to learn and progress through professional qualifications is essential and will be fully supported. Applicants must hold English and Maths GCSEs (or equivalent) as a minimum, with A-levels preferred. Some previous office experience is beneficial but not required for this entry-level role. The successful individual will demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as confidence using Microsoft Office applications and internal systems.
