Join our client in a key compliance-led role, overseeing pan-island client take-on activity. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine operational management with hands-on expertise in regulatory onboarding processes. You'll work closely with service lines across the business to ensure a smooth, compliant, and client-focused take-on experience.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process across jurisdictions.
- Overseeing local and international conflict checks, risk assessments, and due diligence documentation.
- Supporting the New Business Manager in leading the client take-on team and promoting a consistent approach across the business.
- Advising Directors and service lines on practical onboarding requirements.
- Monitoring onboarding status and resolving queries in a timely manner.
- Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are managed and deadlines met.
- Supporting team development through training and guidance.
- Escalating risk issues as required and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in client onboarding, AML, or CDD roles, ideally within financial or professional services. A strong understanding of regulatory obligations and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are essential. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills are key, along with the ability to lead by example. A willingness to undertake the ICA Certificate in KYC and CDD is required.
