Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting clients and financial advisers with queries relating to Unit-Linked plans.
- Managing inbound queries via phone and email with professionalism and care.
- Ensuring AML and due diligence requirements are followed.
- Monitoring outstanding tasks and supporting team workflows.
- Participating in training and development for operational growth.
- Supporting cross-team collaboration and client experience initiatives.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English, Maths, and Microsoft Office. Previous experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
