This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a fast-paced and growing marine services provider. Working closely with the Governance Director and Senior Compliance Administrator, the successful candidate will contribute to both compliance administration and company secretarial support across the business.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Administering client due diligence requests and conducting initial compliance reviews.
- Supporting risk assessments and maintaining accurate records within internal databases.
- Preparing statutory company registers and issuing third-party compliance documentation.
- Assisting in the implementation of a system transfer project and identifying remediation actions.
- Collaborating with the Registration Team to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Supporting CDD remediation efforts and ensuring data integrity.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in a compliance or company secretarial role, strong time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. A high standard of written and verbal communication is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills. An interest in yachts or the maritime sector would be advantageous, as would a willingness to travel for industry events and a desire to pursue professional development.
