This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established fiduciary organisation on a contract basis, supporting their Compliance team with key AML review and remediation work. Our client is seeking two detail-oriented professionals with strong AML and fiduciary experience for an initial 6-month period. Full-time hours are available, with flexibility considered for the right individual.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting AML and fiduciary reviews, including clearing action points raised through previous assessments.
- Reviewing and analysing client documentation and files for EDD, CDD and regulatory compliance.
- Supporting the development and refinement of internal policies and procedures in line with evolving regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of compliance records.
- Performing data analysis to identify gaps or inconsistencies in AML documentation.
- Assisting in project-based compliance work and supporting ongoing regulatory obligations.
- Reporting findings and suggesting improvements to internal processes.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidates will have between 2 to 5 years' experience in AML compliance, preferably within a fiduciary environment. They will have hands-on experience conducting document reviews, clearing remediation items, and applying sound judgement in relation to EDD and CDD requirements. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and familiarity with local regulatory standards are essential. A collaborative and professional approach, combined with the ability to work independently, will be key to success in this contract role.
