Working with a broad range of private clients and wealth structures, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of fiduciary service while building lasting relationships with clients and professional advisers. This is a varied role that combines technical expertise with genuine people-focused responsibility.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage a varied portfolio of trust, company and wealth structuring vehicles, ensuring exceptional client service at all times.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, advisers and professional intermediaries.
  • Review and interpret legal and tax advice where appropriate, ensuring structures remain compliant and effective.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure all regulatory, AML, FATCA/CRS and internal policy requirements are met.
  • Review financial statements and oversee the ongoing administration of client structures.
  • Plan, coordinate and attend client and adviser meetings.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, sharing technical knowledge and encouraging professional development.
  • Promote a strong culture of compliance and best practice across the team.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues across the wider business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continued development of the client services function.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in trust administration together with a STEP qualification, or be working towards one. You'll possess strong technical knowledge of fiduciary services, trust and company administration, AML regulations and FATCA/CRS requirements, together with the ability to interpret legal and tax advice confidently. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to build trusted client relationships, mentor junior colleagues and manage a varied workload with accuracy and professionalism. You'll also be confident using Microsoft Office applications and committed to delivering exceptional client service within a collaborative and compliance-focused environment.
