Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with the administration of trust and company client portfolios.
- Set up and maintain accurate client, entity and statutory records.
- Prepare Board minutes, corporate authorities and shareholder resolutions.
- Draft banking instructions, workflows and statutory returns.
- Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing and maintaining financial records.
- Support client reporting and respond to information requests under supervision.
- Assist with preparations for client and internal meetings.
- Support the development and testing of procedures, templates and best practice.
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure clients are serviced efficiently.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong A-Level results or equivalent, together with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills and a proactive, methodical approach to work. No previous fiduciary experience is required; you'll be motivated to learn, comfortable working with accuracy and detail, and keen to develop a long-term professional career. A willingness to undertake relevant professional studies is important, alongside a positive attitude, responsiveness and commitment to delivering an efficient and high-quality service.
