You'll oversee day-to-day operations, support client relationships and contribute to the ongoing development of internal processes and service delivery.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of trust and company structures.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of administrators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
- Delegate workloads and oversee the delivery of client work.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Monitor billing, work in progress and debtor management.
- Support training, development and performance management within the team.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Prepare management information and support senior leadership.
- Resolve complex client and operational matters.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a STEP or CGI (ICSA) qualification and have at least 5 years' experience within the trust industry. Previous people management experience is essential, together with a strong understanding of trust and company administration, regulatory requirements and client relationship management. You'll be an organised and commercially aware leader with excellent communication skills, a proven ability to develop teams and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
