Working within a professional fiduciary team, you'll play a key role in administering trust and corporate structures while developing long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries. This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to continue developing your technical expertise within a supportive environment.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Administer a designated portfolio of trust and corporate structures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Prepare client correspondence, reports and documentation.
  • Attend client meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Manage workflows, chargeable time and debt collection activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Support and develop junior members of the team.
  • Escalate complex matters to senior management where appropriate.
  • Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of client service.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years' experience within the trust industry together with a STEP or CGI (ICSA) qualification, or equivalent. You'll possess a strong understanding of trust and company administration, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. A proactive approach, strong client relationship skills and the confidence to support and develop junior colleagues will be key to success in this role.
