Working with international clients requires technical expertise, commercial awareness and the ability to build long-term trusted relationships. As Client Relationship Manager, you'll oversee complex ownership structures, coordinate specialist services and support a team committed to delivering outstanding client experiences. The role offers a broad mix of client management, fiduciary administration and team leadership.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and develop a team responsible for administering a portfolio of yacht-owning structures.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with yacht owners, family offices, professional advisers and other key stakeholders.
- Act as the principal point of contact for clients, ensuring a responsive, discreet and personalised service.
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of yacht-owning SPVs and associated corporate structures.
- Coordinate client matters with administrators and internal specialists to ensure work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Review ownership documentation, statutory records, contracts, board papers and corporate documentation.
- Liaise with captains, yacht managers, banks, brokers and professional advisers to coordinate ownership matters.
- Conduct client service reviews, monitor service standards and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards and internal policies.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional services.
- Review financial reports and oversee operational matters relating to the client portfolio.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, fiduciary excellence and continuous improvement across the team.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' fiduciary experience together with a strong background in client relationship management and the administration of complex trust and company structures. Previous experience leading or mentoring a team would be advantageous, along with a detailed understanding of offshore companies and associated ownership structures. You'll possess outstanding organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional standard of client service. Commercially aware, discreet and proactive, you'll be confident working with international clients and professional advisers while maintaining the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance and fiduciary responsibility.
