This role offers the opportunity to take on a broad leadership position within an established corporate services team. Combining client relationship management, governance, compliance and mentoring responsibilities, you'll play an important role in supporting both clients and colleagues while contributing to the continued success of the business.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering a professional and solutions-focused service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and oversee board meetings, minutes, resolutions and statutory documentation.
  • Maintain accurate corporate records and statutory registers.
  • Ensure all statutory and regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure AML/CFT and regulatory obligations are met.
  • Support the onboarding of new business and coordinate client take-on processes.
  • Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of internal policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support client billing and receivables.
  • Mentor, coach and support the development of junior team members.
  • Provide technical guidance while contributing to the continued growth of the Corporate Services team.

Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' client-facing corporate services experience within a professional services environment, together with a strong understanding of corporate administration, governance and regulatory requirements. Experience working within a GFSC regulated environment and knowledge of AML/CFT obligations are essential. You'll possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service. A relevant professional qualification, such as CGI/ICSA or STEP (or working towards one), would be advantageous, together with a genuine passion for developing others and building long-term client relationships.
