Our client is seeking a Trust Officer / Trust Administrator to join their fiduciary team and manage a varied portfolio of trusts and companies in a supportive, collaborative environment!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of trusts and companies with appropriate oversight.
- Preparing minutes, resolutions and standard client documents.
- Coordinating banking, investment and transactional activity.
- Maintaining statutory records and accurate data across systems.
- Liaising with clients, advisers and intermediaries.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Monitoring deadlines and managing time effectively.
- Supporting senior colleagues and contributing to team workflow.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be STEP qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in trust and corporate administration. They will be organised, accurate and confident handling a portfolio with appropriate supervision. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, client-focused approach are essential.
