This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced fiduciary Manager to support key client lifecycle projects- ideally suited to a technically strong Assistant Manager or Manager ready to step into a focused project-led remit! Working within a Private Clients team, this position supports complex fiduciary transitions and review processes.
Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Managing onboarding and offboarding of complex fiduciary structures in accordance with Client Services Agreements and regulatory obligations.
- Supporting fiduciary teams in addressing action points arising from periodic review processes.
- Leading and delivering ad-hoc projects relating to client lifecycle events, ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met.
- Liaising with lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, banks and internal stakeholders on client matters.
- Ensuring client entity files and records are complete, accurate and up to date.
- Developing and implementing structured communication and reporting plans.
- Maintaining awareness of regulatory, technical and market developments impacting fiduciary services.
- Providing leadership and knowledge-sharing support across the team where required.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have recent experience at Assistant Manager or Manager level within a regulated fiduciary or professional services environment. They will demonstrate strong technical understanding of trust and company administration, onboarding processes and regulatory compliance requirements. A professional qualification such as STEP, ICSA (CGI) or equivalent is required, or candidates must be qualified by experience. Strong organisational capability, system proficiency, stakeholder communication skills and a proactive approach to professional development are essential. Candidates must hold the right to live and work in Guernsey.
